Never arrived

Funnily enough, my order hasn't arrived yet. I don't know where the mistake was, but I won't be ordering again. Apparently I'm supposed to contact the delivery service, but even after looking through their website several times and entering my tracking number several times, I couldn't find my tracking number. I am supposed to call a foreign number - definitely not.
